We collect the information needed to operate RoofDraft, including account details such as email address and username, plus the content you enter into the product such as job details, customer names, pricing information, and saved defaults.
Your information is used to provide the service, save drafts, personalize defaults, enforce plan limits, and improve product reliability. We do not sell your personal information.
RoofDraft relies on third-party providers to operate, including Anthropic for AI generation, Neon/PostgreSQL for hosted data storage, and Stripe for billing once live payments are enabled.
The current application stores session tokens in browser local storage so returning users remain signed in. We do not currently use advertising trackers or behavioral ad cookies.
We retain account data and saved drafts while your account remains active so the product continues to function as expected. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
We use reasonable technical safeguards for account and application security, but no internet-based service can guarantee perfect security. Users should also protect their own account credentials.
You may contact us to request account deletion or ask privacy-related questions. If you stop using RoofDraft, you can also remove any locally stored session data by logging out in the app.
